1. The Service

This website, www.mcritchie.industries (the "Service"), is operated by McRitchie Industries LLC ("McRitchie Industries", "we", "us"), 3000 Lawrence St, Denver, CO 80205.

Part of the Service is open to everyone: the home page, the page for booking a call, and these legal pages. Other parts, including the Weld-Foot Index, are for account holders and require sign-in. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a single-use link that we email to you; there are no passwords. Use an email address that is yours, and do not forward a sign-in link to anyone else: whoever opens it is signed in as you. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• disrupt the Service or try to get around its sign-in or access controls;
• reach, or try to reach, any part of the Service your account is not permitted to see;
• collect content from the Service by automated means without our written permission;
• pretend to be another person or organization;
• use the Service to break the law.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service embeds a booking calendar from Google and a map drawn from OpenStreetMap, and it links to other websites. Those services belong to their own operators and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for them or for whether they are available. Our Privacy Policy explains what each one receives.

5. Ownership of Content

The Service and what we publish on it, including its text, design and logos and the Weld-Foot Index, belong to McRitchie Industries or to those who license them to us. You may view the Service and share links to it. You may not copy or republish its content without our written permission.

Anything you add to your own account, such as a profile photo, stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the Service.

6. Information Only

What the Service publishes, including the Weld-Foot Index and its figures, is general information. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not an offer to buy or sell a business or a security. Make your own enquiries before you rely on it.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that what it publishes is complete, accurate or current.

To the fullest extent the law permits, McRitchie Industries will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or close an account, or withdraw any part of the Service, at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time and may ask us to close your account.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they were last revised. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the revised Terms.
